Separated nuts can be directly packaged for sale, while traditional sheller machines cannot achieve that.
This chestnut peeler saves time and effort. It can peel more than 500 kilograms of pure chestnut per hour. Stripped chestnut is bright and clean.
Working principle of chestnut shelling machine
The chestnut sheller is powered by a single-phase motor, which drives the chestnut threshing rotor to rotate clockwise. Feed chestnuts into the hopper, and the machine breaks nuts into sieves after multiple collisions between the rotor hammer and stator. After shelling, chestnut and scraps flow out from the three discharge ports to achieve the purpose of sorting and collecting.
